Salt & Straw is a Portland, Oregon based chain of family-run ice cream shops created by cousins Kim and Tyler Malek. Their novel flavors and a seasonal menu of both sweet and savory treats draws a cult-like following as fans line-up to taste their unique concoctions. The cousins opened their first Disney location in 2018 in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney.
