The Henry Ford Museum is a museum in Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. Walt personally visited the grounds here on multiple occasions, drawing inspiration from the railroad exhibits while developing plans for his own at Disneyland. Later, Walt would work with the Ford company to expand his attractions at the 1964-65 New York World’s Fair, creating Ford’s Magic Skyway with the famed automotive maker.
The museum will host the Jim Henson Exhibition: Imagination Unlimited starting on June 4, 2021. You can read more about this exhibit on our blog post, by clicking here.
